What is your pricing? Our sessions are reasonably priced at $40 per session.

How often do you recommend training? Twice per week is sufficient for most people, but that is ultimately decided between you and your trainer.

What do I do on my days off? Your trainer will assign workouts for you to complete on your own, or you may want to fill in the off days with one of our group classes.

Can I contact my trainer if I have questions during my off days? YES and you are encouraged to do so. Communication is vital to getting results.
