Frequently Asked Questions

𒊹 How do I join?

By clicking the "Join" button above, you can browse the membership options. When you find the plan that works for you, just follow the prompts. Or, you are always welcome to come in during our business hours.

𒊹 How do I cancel my membership? Cancellations may be made over the phone 706-408-0615, or by emailing bodyplexelbertonga@gmail.com. You are not required to come in person.

𒊹 I'm new to to the gym. Do you have anyone to help me get started? Absolutely! One-on-one training is the most effective way to get started on the right track. If you prefer to work out with others, our classes will also give you an excellent start. You're in good hands with our professional fitness coaches!

𒊹 Are you staffed 24 hours?

No. Although the club is available to members 24/7/365, our staff is on-site Monday-Thursday 9:30 am-6:30 pm, and Friday, 9:30 am-4:00 pm. All customer service requests, tours, and new signups are conducted during business hours. Guests and drop-ins are only allowed during these hours.  

𒊹 What does my membership include?

Access to all gym equipment and areas 24/7/365, unlimited access to our group fitness classes, and use of our custom-branded app for your one-stop fitness platform. 

𒊹 Do you offer personal training?

Yes! We highly recommend working with a fitness professional to ensure you get started on the right track. To set up a consultation, message us or call. 

𒊹 Can I update my payment card or make a payment online?

Yes – either through the Bodyplex Elberton app or  online at: https://www.myiclubonline.com/iclub/members/signin 

 

𒊹 Can I add family members to my account?

Yes! Call the club for details. 

𒊹 Do I have to book classes ahead?

No. Some classes require setup, so be sure to arrive a few minutes early.  

 

𒊹 Can I bring a guest?

Only during our established business hours, for a $10.00 fee. All guests must check in with front desk staff prior to using the facility. 

 

𒊹 Can I do a day pass?

Only during our business hours, for a $15.00 fee. 

𒊹 I’m in town for the weekend/holiday. Do you offer short-term memberships?

Yes, we have options! Call ahead to set up as little as a few days or longer.

𒊹 Do you offer childcare?

No. For safety and liability reasons, children of any age are not allowed on the gym floor and may not be left in the lobby. 

𒊹 What is the minimum age requirement?

If a parent is a member, the minimum age is 12. Children between the ages of 12 and 14 must be under parental supervision at all times. The minimum age to be a primary account holder is 15. 

𒊹 Can I use my friend’s or family member's membership?

No. Memberships are not transferrable and can be used only by the person whose name is on the agreement. 

𒊹 Can I buy a gift certificate?

Absolutely. We have 90 days, 6 months, or one year!
